Early in 2008, REICOFIL inaugurated its new nonwovens technology center. Erected at the company’s location in Troisdorf, it presents possibilities that are unique throughout the world. Customers, suppliers and raw material producers are offered ideal conditions to develop new products and are supported by REICOFIL to open up new markets, find niches and strengthen their competitive positions.
Production-related research and developmentThe focus of REICOFIL’s nonwovens technology center is on production-related research and development. The lines installed here and the production lines installed at customers only differ with respect to their widths. Spread across 1.800 square meters of space, they enable research and development activities in three central areas:

Use of experience and know-how Trials and product developments carried out by customers, suppliers and raw material producers will benefit from the established experience and know-how of the REICOFIL team. Upon demand, REICOFIL employees will be available for advice in the nonwovens technology center – to ensure successful trial planning and realisation.
